Will Local Pickups Be Available?

Local pickups are available, but at designated times only. Kim’s Chic Chateau Online Boutique is operating fully via online, but will accommodate those who request local pickups at checkout.

How Can I Change Something In My Order?

To ensure you receive your package in the guaranteed time frame we cannot edit or cancel orders after they are placed. Upon completing your order please review your item(s) and size(s). Please ask any questions prior to ordering in regards to sizing or anything else that is not explained if you are uncertain. All products are described and followed with a picture to the best of our ability, so please be sure to read the details. Additionally make sure your address and contact information is accurate. Delayed or Lost packages due to wrong information provided or even Stolen is not our responsibility and will not be refunded. If your package is returned, you will be billed a reshipping fee. Your Billing Address must coincide with your Payment method for purchases, to fulfill and prevent fraudulent activities. Signature Confirmation will apply to all packages NO EXCEPTIONS! Physical mailing addresses are required, we don’t ship to any P. O. Boxes.

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to covid-19. Orders are not shipped on the Holidays or Weekends. We make every attempt to ship the same day or next day for faster arrivals.

Can I combine A Previous Order As One?

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders placed on different days. All orders will be handled according to how they were received and shipped as such.

Shipping Transit Notification:

All orders will be shipped Standard Domestic only for now Monday - Friday with a standard shipping rate at checkout. *Orders subtotal must be $100 + after all discounts and taxes have been applied to qualify for Free Shipping.* Free Shipping is a Promotional Offer and subject to changes at anytime.
If your tracking information indicates your order as delivered and you have not received it, please make a claim with USPS / UPS. 1kccob is not liable for packages that tracking indicates it has been delivered by carrier.

Damaged Packages Received?

1kccob fully inspects all merchandise and packages by opening all prior to shipping. We will not send you any products damaged and will not be liable for damaged merchandise. For any damaged merchandise during transit, please contact the shipping carrier to notify immediately. 1kccob is not liable for packages damaged during transit.

Where Is My Order Confirmation?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided on your order. If for some reason you have not receive an email, please check your spam folder. Due to Covid-19, please allow 1-3 Business Days to receive shipping confirmation. 

Sold Out Of A Particular Product Will You Restock?

Restocks will be generated on products according to recent sale activity. We suggest you place your order as first available to prevent out of stock. You may send us an email if you are interested in a particular out of stock item.
